
Care Providers Professionals became National Sourcing Corporation in 2005. Since 1998, when Care Provider Professionals began working with the US Federal Bankruptcy Court, Department of Justice (DOJ) on multiple assignments, NSI has continually expanded its capabilities to meet the needs of its clients. Today, NSI is SDVOSB certified and a Prime SeaPort-e contractor in all SeaPort-e zones.

| 2007 | NSI has been awarded a $4.8M prime contract to provide Help Desk / Call Center services to the Navy Personnel Center, Millington, TN. NSI grows its DoD / VA Jacksonville Naval Hospital contract to over $12 million and submits a proposal for Alliant Small Business. |
| 2006 | NSI will post positive earnings in its first full year of operations. Rick Stanton is appointed Director of NSI’s Security division. NSI is awarded a $700,000 contract from EDS to source personnel. NSI is approved as a subcontractor for the Department of Treasury “mega” ID/IQ contract. |
| 2005 | NSI is formed in Tampa, Fl. through a name change from Care Providers Professionals. NSI forms formal partnerships with Lockheed Martin, AppleOne, Tek Source USA, Verizon and the Harris Corporation. NSI wins the U.S. Navy SeaPort Enhanced contract as a Prime vendor for all zones, the new IDIQ contract has potential value exceeding $1 billion $100 million. NSI wins an $8.6 million dollar firm fixed price contract issued through the VA for services at the Jacksonville Naval Hospital. |
| 2004 | Working with the US Federal Bankruptcy Court (DOJ), Care Provider Professionals concludes the plan to bring Parkside Behavioral Hospital out of chapter 11 and sells the company to a private corporation. |
| 2003 | Working with the US Federal Bankruptcy Court (DOJ), Care Providers Professionals brings Building Blocks, NuMed and American Enterprise solutions public. In aggregate, the value of the companies on the public market exceeds $100 million. |
| 2002 | Care Providers Professionals assignment to manage all aspects of Parkside, NuMed, Building Blocks and American Enterprise Solutions is extend by the US Federal Bankruptcy Court. |

| 2000 | Care Providers Professionals is awarded a contract by the US Federal Bankruptcy Court to manage all functions of Building Blocks and Parkside. The award includes the development of a Customer Service call center, providing Security in addition to managing the day to day operations. |
| 1999 | Care Providers Professionals is awarded a contract by the US Federal Bankruptcy Court to manage and develop all aspects of American Enterprise Solutions which was a healthcare holding company that had invested in excess of $40 million dollars in healthcare related IT initiatives. |
