Business Units
National Sourcing’s Federal Group Provides full service contract management in the functional areas of; technical, management, communications, information technology, medical management, marketing, staffing, administrative, clerical, finance and security
Information Technology: is dedicated to supporting the governments Communications and Electronics initiatives through the learned skills developed in managing past government and commercial assignments. To further the ability of NSI’s communication and electronics capabilities we have formed partnerships with Lockheed Martin (LMIT), Harris Corporation and Verizons Federal Service. LMIT, Harris and Verizon support a host of clients across DoD and the Federal Government. In combination with LMIT and Verizon it is NSI’s objective to manage the execution of tasks involving research and development, technology insertion, systems integration and engineering, hardware/software fabrication and installation, testing and evaluation, studies and analysis, technical data management, logistics support, training, and acquisition support through our Information Technology Division. Information Technology has additional responsibility for Technical Engineering which is positioned to provides full lifecycle engineering, logistics, maintenance, and refurbishment services to extend and enhance the life of existing systems and equipment, system conversions, technical research, sustainment and re-engineering, system integration, and configuration management in addition to technical documentation and data packages.
Management Services: experts in product, organization and process improvement, supporting a variety of government and commercial clients. The Management Division provides staffing, contract management, training, consulting. Working with NSI’s partners NSI provides implementation support in the areas of: Enterprise Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, process and product optimization, project management, leadership quality engineering, Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD), and reliability engineering. Staffing and management of administrative, clerical, finance and medical services is managed through our Management Services Division
Security Services: The NSI team of security experts is Certified Protection Professionals with backgrounds in military and police service. Since 9/11 the adequacy of security has been redefined. Our Security group has extensive experience in such areas as Hospital Security, Office Building Security and Security Consulting, to name just a few of our specialty areas. We provide security audits, security design and security training. In 2006 we formalized a partnership with Startech, International Securty. Startech is a well recognized Security firm that has received high grades from government agencies to include; Department of Homeland Security United States Navy United States Department of Agriculture Federal Emergency Management Agency Northrop Grumman Patent and Trademark Office American Federation of Teachers General Services Administration Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts Working with Startech, NSI’s objective is to provide a wide range of Security Management options, from full time Security contracted services to a managing your program on a full-time basis with an onsite manager. Our service allows for the use of either proprietary or contract guard services. We believe in some special situations the Security Management function should be disconnected from the provision of guard and/or electronic security services In these special situations, if you are using contract guard services, the manager of your total security program should not be affiliated with the guard company.
